ESL Classes
Focused on teaching English as a Second Language to speakers of other languages. We cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced, helping our participants to improve their language skills for better communication, employment opportunities, and overall integration into American society.
Spanish Classes for Adults and Kids
Understanding the importance of maintaining and cultivating one’s native language. These classes teach Spanish language and culture, helping children and adults to connect with their heritage and become bilingual.
Sewing Classes
Our sewing classes at MARIA Center are a blend of skill-building, creativity, and community empowerment. Designed for individuals at all levels of experience, from beginners to those with advanced sewing skills, these classes offer a hands-on approach to learning the art of sewing.
Citizenship Classes
These classes prepare individuals for the U.S. citizenship test. We cover topics like American history, government, and the rights and responsibilities of citizenship, as well as assistance with the application process.
Parenting Classes
Recognizing the challenges of parenting in a multicultural environment, our parenting classes offer guidance and support, covering various aspects of child development, education, and family dynamics.
Monthly Workshops:
These workshops cover a range of topics such as professional development, financial literacy, health and wellness, and cultural adaptation. They are designed to provide ongoing education and support to our community members.
